The Founding Society of Navodaya Institution is “Nepal Little Flower Society” whose present chairperson is Fr. Silas Bogati, Katmandu and Secretary is Mr. Gobinda Paudel. It has been registered with the government of Nepal in 1997 and its Registration Number is Reg. No. 742/053/54. Its Head Office is Lalitpur, Katmandu. It has been registered also with the Social Welfare Council of the government.

Its Branch Office is in Narayangarh, Bharatpur - 4, Chitwan District, and has Programs and Institutions in Chitwan, Makwanpur, Parsa and Nawalparasi Districts. It has a High School in Narayangarh, another one in Birgunj mainly for the children of the factory workers, and a third High School in Khairahani Municipality exclusively for the Chepang Indigenous children.

The Fathers engaged in the various activities of the Society belong to Little Flower Province of the Little Flower Congregation whose main objective is to live a life of simplicity imbibed by the Spirit of St. Little Flower (St. Therese of Child Jesus of Lisieux). They engage themselves in pastoral ministry, in programs for rural development, tribal welfare, education, child care and youth welfare.
