1. Food: Now we spend Nepali Rupees 42 per child per day. Thus the annual expenses on food this year is: 256 x 42 x 290 days = Rs. 3,118,080 (other days children are at home for holidays)
2. Clothing : We have to give uniform to new admissions, and new uniform to old students whose clothes have become unfit for them as they grow physically. Total amount is Rs.200,000
3. Study Materials : Notebooks, books and teaching materials. For the year 2017-18, so far we have paid bills worth Rs. 300,000 for this purpose.
4. Health and Hygiene : Medicine, treatment, soaps, detergents, tooth paste, etc comes in a year around Rs.350,000
5. Salary to Staff : We have 13 Teaching staff and six non-teaching staff (both in the school as well as in the hostel) and in a month we give Rs.277,545 as salary and PF. Hence annually Rs.277,545 x 13 = 3,608,085.
6. Repairs and Maintenance :  Includes building repairs, maintenance, electricity, phone, internet.In a year it comes around Rs. 125,000
7. Play, Recreation and Celebration, Picnic, extra-curricular activities, sports:  In a year it comes around Rs.150,000
8. Travelling / vehicle : We have a jeep for the use of the institution. In a year we need Rs.100,000 for fuel, maintenance and repairs.
9. Miscellaneous : Rs.50000
